Two engines drive Pressure Pros: a government-contract bidding pipeline and a customer scheduling pipeline. Here's exactly what each does and how to switch it on.
The bidding page is a search portal. Your Google Programmable Search Engine indexes government contracting sites, so a search like "pressure washing" surfaces the actual open solicitations agencies are hiring for. You click through to the listing on SAM.gov, read the scope, and submit a quote before the deadline. The page finds the work; SAM.gov is where you bid.
If anyone charges you, it's a scam. You'll need your EIN, exact legal business name (must match the IRS), physical address, bank details, and a Login.gov account. Request your UEI during registration (validates in ~24–48 hrs).
Core Data → Assertions → Representations & Certifications → Points of Contact. The IRS validates your EIN and the DLA assigns your CAGE code.
561790 — Other Services to Buildings & Dwellings (covers power/pressure washing) and 561720 — Janitorial Services. Add every code that legitimately applies.
Small-business by default, plus WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, or 8(a) if you qualify — these unlock set-aside contracts with far less competition.
In the Google Programmable Search control panel, add the sites it searches (sam.gov, your state/city procurement portals, local bid boards) and add pressureprosmobilewash.com to allowed display sites.
Turn on SAM.gov saved-search email alerts so new matches come to you. Review each solicitation and submit before the deadline. Renew SAM.gov annually (reminder ~60 days out).
This is the flow that turns a website visitor into a booked job. Your funnel already captures leads two ways — the "Request a Service" quote form and the first-time-offer popup. They're the front door; they just need to connect to a scheduling tool so a lead becomes a calendar appointment automatically.
Jobber or Housecall Pro — online booking, scheduling, quotes, invoicing, SMS/email reminders, and card payments in one place. Built for mobile service crews.
Calendly for time-slot booking + Google Calendar + your existing site form. Cheapest way to start; upgrade later.
Your funnel has a placeholder marked "[connect this form to your CRM / booking tool]" — that's where it plugs in. Point the form and popup to your tool's booking link, or wire it through Zapier so every lead auto-creates a job.
Define your hours, the Valley zip codes you serve, and buffer time between jobs for drive time.
Automated texts + emails before each appointment — this is the single biggest lever for cutting no-shows.
Trigger a Google/Facebook review ask when a job is marked complete. This keeps the reviews and trust bar on your site full.
Push the day's schedule and route to mobile so the team always sees what's next.
The bidding engine above is powered by a Claude skill called govcon-hunter — it sweeps SAM.gov for live pressure-washing solicitations, scores each one for fit, and drafts compliant bid documents for you. Download it below and drop it into your own Claude (or any AI) to run the whole pipeline yourself.
sam_sweep.py pulls live opportunities from the SAM.gov API; build_dashboard.py ranks them into a dashboard. The ready-to-install skill file. Add it to Claude and say "use govcon-hunter." Best if you use Claude Code or the desktop app.
